SOLAR SHADING APPARATUS OPERATION UNIT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar shading apparatus operation unit capable of preventing a drop of a head box or damage of the operation unit caused by operating an operation cord.SOLUTION: A solar shading apparatus comprises: fixation devices at both end parts of a head box; shafts that project from the fixation devices into opposite wall surfaces and fix the head box between the wall surfaces by using bracing force of the shafts; an operation unit which is provided in the head box and from which an operation cord in an endless shape is hung down; and a solar shading material that is supported by the head box and is driven by operation of the operation cord. The operation unit comprises a torque limiter for limiting the total sum of tractive force acting on the head box on the basis of the operation of the operation cord and weight of the solar shading apparatus acting on the head box within a range not exceeding holding force caused by the bracing force of the fixation devices.
