OPTICAL ELEMENT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, AND LUMINAIRE, WINDOW MATERIAL AND FIXTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element capable of efficiently emitting light incident in a predetermined angular range in a predetermined angular range, and to provide a manufacturing method of the same, a luminaire, window material and a fixture.SOLUTION: An optical element includes: a first surface S1; a second surface S2 facing the first surface; and a plurality of reflection surfaces 151r aligned inside a first region defined by the first surface and the second surface. The plurality of reflection surfaces have a first length d in a first direction perpendicular to the first surface, and are arrayed along a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. Light entering one surface of the first surface and the second surface is reflected toward the other surface by the plurality of reflection surfaces. The optical element satisfies a conditional expression related to first length, the number of total reflection, an array pitch p of the reflection surfaces, an angle formed between a projection to a plane including the first and second directions of light entering the reflection surface and a tangential line at any point on the reflection surface, a refractive index inside the region defined by the first surface and the second surface, and the like.
【課題】所定の角度範囲で入射する光を所定の角度範囲に効率よく出射することができる光学素子およびその製造方法ならびに照明装置、窓材および建具を提供する。【解決手段】第1の面S1と、前記第1の面に対向する第2の面S2と、前記第1の面および前記第2の面で規定される第1の領域の内部に配列される複数の反射面151rとを備え、前記複数の反射面が、前記第1の面に垂直な第1の方向に第1の長さdを有し、前記第1の方向と直交する第2の方向に沿って配列され、前記第1の面または前記第2の面のうち、一方の面に入射した光が、前記複数の反射面により他方の面に向けて反射され、光学素子は、第1の長さ、全反射する回数、反射面の配列ピッチp、反射面に入射する光の第1および第2の方向を含む面への射影と反射面の任意の点における接線とのなす角、第1の面および第2の面で規定される領域の内部の屈折率、等に関する条件式を満たす。【選択図】図2
