PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional component fitting structure capable of increasing workability of functional component fitting work and enhancing the performance of heat radiation from the functional component, and to provide a bathroom.SOLUTION: A functional component fitting structure 10 for fitting a functional component to a bathroom unit equipped with column materials 5A and 5B that extend vertically, and wall panels 61 and 62 supported by the column materials that compose a bathroom wall surface includes a wall opening 63 formed on part of the bathroom wall surface and a support member 11 fixed to the column materials for supporting the functional component. End edges 64 and 65 of the wall panels that compose at least one side of an inner peripheral side of the wall opening are isolated outward in the in-plane direction of the wall panels with respect to an outer peripheral side of the functional component T facing the end edges or an outer peripheral side 33 of a housing 30 that accommodates the functional component. A fixing part for the support member and the functional component or the housing is provided in the isolation part S.
【課題】本発明の目的は、機能部品の固定作業の作業性の向上を図ることができるとともに機能部品からの放熱性能を高めることができる機能部品の取付構造、及び、浴室を提供することにある。【解決手段】上下に延びる柱材５Ａ，５Ｂと、該柱材に支持されて浴室壁面を構成する壁パネル６１，６２と、を備えた浴室ユニットに機能部品を取り付けるための機能部品の取付構造１０は、前記浴室壁面の一部に形成された壁開口部６３と、柱材に固定されて機能部品を支持する支持部材１１と、を備え、壁開口部の内周辺のうち少なくとも一辺を構成する壁パネルの端縁６４，６５は、該端縁に対向する機能部品Ｔの外周辺又は該機能部品を収容する筐体３０の外周辺３３に対して、壁パネルの面内方向外方に離隔して設けられ、この離隔部分Ｓに支持部材と機能部品又は筐体との固定部が設けられている。【選択図】図４
