SLIDE BASE ISOLATION MECHANISM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide base isolation mechanism capable of effectively using an outer periphery space around a base-isolated floor and preventing damage to a constant load spring caused by an earthquake.SOLUTION: A slide base isolation mechanism 1A includes a base-isolated floor 3 configured slidably in a horizontal direction on a support part and having an opening 31A that penetrates the base-isolated floor in a vertical direction, and a restoration device 4 connecting a structural floor (support part) 11 with the base-isolated floor 3 and restoring a displacement of the base-isolated floor 3 relative to the structural floor 11. The restoration device 4 includes a constant load spring 42 disposed on the base-isolated floor 3 and a wire (connecting material)43 that connects the constant load spring 42 with an anchor bolt 12 disposed on the structural floor 11, and the wire 43 connects the anchor bolt 12 to a location inside the opening 31A.
