PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll blind opening-closing device capable of simultaneously executing opening-closing of a screen and opening-closing of a window sash of a sliding-out window by simple operation, and capable of surely intercepting shining-in of the sunlight to the indoors.SOLUTION: A roll blind opening-closing device comprises a horizontal shaft outside reversal window 14 constructed on an outer wall 12 of a building and a roll blind 16 installed in a little upper position than the horizontal shaft outside reversal window 14 of the outer wall 12. The horizontal shaft outside reversal window 14 comprises a sash frame 18 installed in an opening part of the outer wall 12 and a window sash 20 held by the sash frame 18 and opening a lower end part to the outdoor side by opening-closing by rotating around a rotary shaft along the horizontal direction. The lower end part of the window sash 20 comprises a fixture 26 locked on the roll blind 16. The roll blind 16 comprises a screen 34 of a size for covering the window sash 20 and a screen bar 42 being a locking object part detachably locked by the fixture 26 of the window sash 20.
【課題】スクリーンの開閉とすべり出し窓の窓用障子の開閉を同時に簡単な操作で行うことができ、室内に日光が差しこむことを確実に遮ることができるロールブラインド開閉装置を提供する。【解決手段】建物の外壁１２に施工された横軸外反転窓１４と、外壁１２の横軸外反転窓１４より少し上方の位置に取り付けられたロールブラインド１６を有する。横軸外反転窓１４は、外壁１２の開口部に取り付けられるサッシ枠１８と、サッシ枠１８に保持され水平方向に沿う回転軸の周りに回転することにより開閉し下端部が屋外側に開く窓用障子２０を備える。窓用障子２０の下端部には、ロールブラインド１６に係止される取付具２６を備える。ロールブラインド１６は、窓用障子２０を覆う大きさのスクリーン３４と、窓用障子２０の取付具２６が着脱可能に係止される被係止部であるスクリーンバー４２を備える。【選択図】図１
