ATTACHMENT OPERATION MONITORING DEVICE, AND PROGRAM FOR MONITORING ATTACHMENT OPERATION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a program for monitoring a work state of a work machine to which a hydraulic transmission is attached, and performing confirmation evaluation of an operation situation of an actual work and exact information display.SOLUTION: An attachment operation monitoring device 20 monitors an operation situation of an attachable/detachable hydraulic transmission attached to the tip of an arm of a work machine. Operation pressure and operation time of the hydraulic transmission are calculated and stored by using an output signal of a pressure sensor 16 attached to a high pressure side piping for transmitting pressure oil to the hydraulic transmission. When it is determined that application of the hydraulic transmission is inappropriate, an operation situation of the hydraulic transmission is discriminably clarified based on the stored operation pressure and operation time. For example, operation display lamps are lit by every color according to whether the operation pressures is appropriate pressure or inappropriate pressure for every work of the hydraulic transmission, an operation display lamp 23a is flickered to raise an alarm when the operation time exceeds prescribed time, and a maintenance time display lamp 23b of the work machine is lit for every maintenance time.
【課題】油圧駆動装置を装着した作業機械の作業状態を監視し、実作業の稼働状況の確認評価と的確な情報表示を行う装置およびプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】アタッチメント稼働監視装置２０は、作業機械のアームの先端に装着された着脱可能な油圧駆動装置の稼働状況を監視する。油圧駆動装置に圧油を伝達するための高圧側配管に取り付けられた圧力センサ１６の出力信号を用いて、油圧駆動装置の稼働圧力及び稼働時間を算出して記憶する。油圧駆動装置の運用が不適切であると判定した場合に、記憶された稼働圧力及び稼働時間を基に、油圧駆動装置の稼働状況を判別可能に明示する。例えば、油圧駆動装置の作業毎に、稼働圧力が適正圧力か不適正圧力かに応じて稼働表示ランプを色別に点灯し、稼働時間が既定時間を超過すると稼働表示ランプ２３ａを点滅して警報を発し、メンテナンス時間毎に作業機械のメンテナンス時間表示ランプ２３ｂを点灯する。【選択図】図２
