PLATE MATERIAL, ATTACHMENT PROVIDED WITH PLATE MATERIAL FOR CONSTRUCTION MACHINE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR ATTACHMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate material that inhibits decline in strength at a time of welding to a connecting member.SOLUTION: A side plate 11 includes: a plurality of side plate pieces 16 to 19 that are arranged linearly along an axial direction D1, each of which having been welded to an adjacent one; and edge plate pieces 20, 21 fixed on all of the side plate pieces 16 to 19 and constitute an edge part of the side plate 11. At least one of the side plate pieces 16 to 19 is provided with at least one peening processing part R1 on a side plate piece side, along welded parts between the side plate pieces 16 to 19. The edge plate pieces 20, 21 have a size large enough to install the peening processing part R1 on the side plate piece side, in an area on the side plate 11 where a temperature remains 400°C or less when welding the edge plate pieces 20, 21 with connecting members 12, 13.
【課題】連結部材への溶接時における強度低下を抑制することができる板材を提供する。【解決手段】側板11は、軸方向D1に沿って一列に配置されているとともに、互いに隣接するもの同士が溶接された複数の側板片16〜19と、側板片16〜19の全てに亘って当該側板片16〜19の縁部に固定されているとともに側板11の縁部を構成する縁板片20、21とを備えている。側板片16〜19の少なくとも1つには、側板片16〜19同士の溶接部に沿って少なくとも1つの側板片側ピーニング処理部R1が設けられている。縁板片20、21は、側板11において縁板片20、21と連結部材12、13との溶接時の温度が400℃以下となる領域に側板片側ピーニング処理部R1を配置することができる大きさを有する。【選択図】図3
