CONNECTION STRUCTURE FOR WALL PANELS AND CONNECTION METHOD FOR WALL PANELS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure and a connection method for wall panels that allow a plurality of completed wall panels to be connected as is at a construction site for forming an outer peripheral wall of a building, and enhance work efficiency and curtail construction period.SOLUTION: In a connection structure, a plurality of wall panels 10 for forming an outer peripheral wall of a building is leaned on a structural frame of the building, and the plurality of wall panels 10 is connected with a nail 41. The wall panel 10 is configured with a wall frame 11, a gypsum board 23 fitted to cover one of opening surfaces of the wall frame 11, a structural plywood 30 fitted to cover the other of the opening surfaces of the wall frame 11, and a damp-proof layer disposed between the wall frame 11 and the gypsum board 23, and the wall panel is made into a unit before transporting to a construction site. A fastening member 40 is connected to a side part of the wall frame 11, and the plurality of wall panels 10 is made to stand next to each other and have the fastening members 40 abutted. Then, the nail 41 is hammered into the side part of the wall panel 10 and the fastening member 40 of the adjacent wall panel 10, or into the fastening member 40 of the wall panel 10 and the fastening member 40 of the adjacent wall panel 10.
【課題】 完成した複数の壁パネルを建築現場でそのまま接合して建築物の外周壁を形成でき、作業性を向上させて工期を短縮できる壁パネルの接合構造及び壁パネルの接合方法を提供する。【解決手段】 建築物の構造体上に、建築物の外周壁を形成する枠組壁工法用の複数の壁パネル１０を立て、複数の壁パネル１０を釘４１により接合する接合構造であり、壁パネル１０を、壁枠１１と、壁枠１１の一方の開口面に覆着される石膏ボード２３と、壁枠１１の他方の開口面に覆着される構造用合板３０と、壁枠１１と石膏ボード２３間に介在される防湿層とから構成して建築現場への輸送前にユニット化し、壁枠１１の側部に締結部材４０を接合し、複数の壁パネル１０を隣接させてその締結部材４０を突き合わせ、壁パネル１０の側部と隣接する壁パネル１０の締結部材４０、あるいは壁パネル１０の締結部材４０と隣接する壁パネル１０の締結部材４０に釘４１を打ちこむ。【選択図】 図１
