METAL FIXTURE FOR EXISTING FOLDED-PLATE ROOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal fixture for an existing folded-plate roof that can be fastened tightly on an existing bolt and an existing nut for fixing an existing folded-plate roof on a tight frame, thereby allowing a new folded-plate roof, a solar panel or other facilities to be fixed tightly on the existing folded-plate roof.SOLUTION: A metal fixture for an existing folded-plate roof is fixed on an existing bolt 4 and an existing nut 5 that fix a tight frame 7 with an existing folded-plate roof 6, and includes: a tightening metal fitting 1 having a concavity 8, into which the existing nut 5 is fitted, formed on an undersurface, a depressed part 9 of an inverted cone shape formed on a top surface, and an open hole 10 formed at a central part for the existing bolt 4; a new bolt 2 formed integrally with the tightening metal fitting 1 at a central part of the depressed part 9, and having a female screw 11, into which the existing bolt 4 is screwed, formed at an axial center; and a new nut 3 into which the new bolt 2 is screwed. A protrusion 8a that cuts into the existing nut 5 is formed on an inner surface of the concavity 8, and at least one slit 12 is formed in a height direction at a part other than the tightening metal fitting 1 and a top end of the new bolt 4.
【課題】タイトフレームに既設折板屋根を固定するための既設ボルトと既設ナットとに強固に固定することができる結果、既設折板屋根に新設の折板屋根、あるいは、太陽光パネル等の設備を強固に固定することができる既設折板屋根用固定金具を提供する。【解決手段】タイトフレーム7と既設折板屋根6とを固定する既設ボルト4と既設ナット5とに固定される既設折板屋根用固定金具であって、下面に既設ナット5が嵌め込まれる凹部8が形成され、上面にすり鉢状の凹陥部9が形成され、中心部に既設ボルト4の貫通孔10が形成された締付け金具1と、凹陥部9の中央部に締付け金具1と一体に形成された、軸心部に既設ボルト4が螺合する雌ねじ11が形成された新設ボルト2と、新設ボルト2に螺合する新設ナット3とからなり、凹部8の内面には、既設ナット5に食い込む突起8aが形成され、締付け金具1と新設ボルト4の上端以外の部分には、高さ方向に亘って少なくとも1本のスリット12が形成されている。【選択図】図1
