ANTICORROSION STRUCTURE FOR STEEL SHEET PILE OR STEEL PIPE SHEET PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anticorrosion structure for a steel sheet pile or a steel pipe sheet pile that eliminates a slant of an anticorrosive metal plate at a tightening and fixing part of an anticorrosive cover, thereby ensuring tight adhesiveness of the anticorrosion cover and providing corrosion protection for certain.SOLUTION: An anticorrosive layer 21 containing petrolatum and a cushioning layer 22 are laminated on a surface of a steel pipe sheet pile 1, for forming an anticorrosion structure 9A having a surface of the cushioning layer 22 covered with an anticorrosive metal plate 3. The anticorrosion structure includes a flat part 32 formed along an edge of a main body part 31 of the anticorrosive metal plate 3, a fixed plate 41 disposed along a rear surface side of the flat part 32 and fixed on the steel pipe sheet pile 1, an extended part of the anticorrosive layer 21 and the cushioning layer 22 laminated between the fixing plate 41 and the flat part 32, a pressing plate 43 disposed along a top surface of the flat part 32 and extended to reach a boundary between the flat part 32 and the main body part 31, a stud bolt 44 made of a non-conductive material that tightens laminated materials from the pressing plate 43 to the fixing plate 41, and a flange 452 that restricts slanting of the pressing plate 43.
【課題】鋼矢板や鋼管矢板を複層被覆防食で防食する際、防食カバーの締め付け固定部分での耐食性金属薄板の傾きを解消し、防食カバーの密着性を確保して確実に防食性能を発揮できる鋼矢板または鋼管矢板の防食構造を提供する。【解決手段】鋼管矢板1の表面に、ペトロラタムを含む防食層21とクッション層22とを積層し、クッション層22の表面を耐食性金属薄板3で被覆した防食構造9Aを形成する。耐食性金属薄板3の本体部31の辺縁に形成された平坦部32と、平坦部32の裏面側に沿って配置されて鋼管矢板1に固定された固定板41と、固定板41と平坦部32との間に積層された防食層21およびクッション層22の延長部分と、平坦部32の表面に沿って配置されかつ平坦部32と本体部31との境界部分まで延びる押圧板43と、押圧板43から固定板41までを締め付ける非導電性材料からなるスタッドボルト44と、押圧板43の傾きを規制するフランジ452とを有する。【選択図】図2
