PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet room luminaire which does not give glare to a user while he/she is approaching a toilet device, and which lights at brightness sufficient for the use of the toilet device.SOLUTION: A toilet room luminaire 1 includes: a human body detection unit 10 for detecting a user who has entered a toilet room 3 in which a toilet device 2 is installed, and for outputting a detection signal; a light emitting unit 11 for illuminating each point in the toilet room 3; and a control unit 12 for lighting the light emitting unit 11 by receiving the detection signal, and after that, for adjusting a light amount of the light emitting unit 11 consecutively on the basis of a distance between the user and the toilet device 2 calculated from the detection signal.
