PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet improved in designability, a decorative material having the decorative sheet, an emboss board which facilitates formation of the decorative sheet and a production method of a decorative sheet using the emboss board.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet is a floor material 1 imparted with a specified irregularities by pressing an emboss roll 40 onto a thermoplastic resin sheet and includes a three-dimensional shape part 31 shaped on a one-side surface by pressing the emboss roll 40 toward the one-side surface of the thermoplastic resin sheet and a plurality of ink holes 32 which, together with the three-dimensional shape part 31, are shaped in the surface 31a of the three-dimensional shape part 31 and are capable of expressing gradation of the three-dimensional shape part 31 with an ink 33 residing after wiping.
