ANCHOR BOLT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor bolt which can alleviate a time and labor or the like of assembling work even if a rod is long.SOLUTION: This anchor blot has a rod 4, a tapered member 7 and an expanded member 8. The expanded member 8 has an abutment part 12 whose internal face 11 abuts on an external peripheral face of the tapered member 7. Since the external peripheral face of the tapered member 7 push-presses an internal peripheral face 11 of the abutment part 12 accompanied by the rotation of the rod 4, an external peripheral face 15 of the abutment part 12 is push-pressed against an internal peripheral face 2a of an attachment hole 2, and the anchor bolt is fixed to the internal peripheral face 2a of the attachment hole 2. The tapered member 7 is divided into tapered pieces, and the tapered pieces have female screw portions. Protrusions and recesses which are engaged with each other are arranged at divided faces of the tapered pieces, the protrusions and the recesses are engaged with each other with male screws 3 of the rod 4 sandwiched between the female screw portions of the tapered pieces, and female screws 6 of the tapered pieces 7 are screwed to the male screws 3 of the rod 4.
【課題】ロッドが長くても組み立ての手間などを軽減できるアンカーボルトを提供する。【解決手段】本発明のアンカーボルトは、ロッド４とテーパー部材７と拡開部材８とを有する。拡開部材８は、内面１１がテーパー部材７の外周面に当接する当接部１２を有し、ロッド４の回転に伴ってテーパー部材７の外周面が当接部１２の内面１１を押すことで、当接部１２の外周面１５が取付孔２の内周面２ａに押し付けられて、アンカーボルトが取付孔２の内周面２ａに固定される。テーパー部材７はテーパー片に分割していて、各テーパー片には雌ねじ部分を有する。テーパー片の分割面には互いに係合する凸部および凹部を配置していて、テーパー片の雌ねじ部分でロッド４の雄ねじ３を挟んで、凸部と凹部とを係合することで、ロッド４の雄ねじ３にテーパー部材７の雌ねじ６が螺合する。【選択図】図６
