FIRE RESISTING METHOD FOR BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to prevention of environmental pollution by coating a beam or column of a building with a fireproofing material predominantly composed of waste of coal ash discharged from a thermal electric power plant.SOLUTION: Clinker ash, which is waste of coal ash discharged from a thermal electric power plant, and diatomaceous earth are mixed together under adhesive spray. Additionally, this mixture contains cement and an adjuvant to form a fire resistive covering material 1. The fire resistive covering material 1 coats a beam 3 or column 4 of a building 2 to improve fire resistance and strength, which are required for the building 2.
【課題】建造物の梁ないしは柱に、火力発電所から排出される石炭灰の廃材を主成分とした耐火材料を塗布し、公害防止に寄与する。【解決手段】火力発電所から排出される石炭灰の廃材であるクリンカアッシュおよび珪藻土を接着剤の散布下に混練し、さらにこれにセメントおよび補助剤を含有せしめて耐火被覆材1を形成し、この耐火被覆材1を建造物2の梁3ないしは柱4に被覆し、建造物2に必要な耐火性ならびに強度を向上することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
