LOCKING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a security risk of a possibility that a finder of a lost key can invade/exit through a gate door as well as suppress occurrence of complex processing accompanying the loss of the key.SOLUTION: A locking management system 1 comprises: a plurality of key devices 10; and management devices (branch office management device 20 and head office management device 30). Each of the plurality of key devices 10 comprises: an electronic lock 12 provided at a gate door for restricting unauthorized invasion into a facility; a reading unit 11 for reading identification information from an IC card in a non-contact manner; and a key device control unit 17 for unlocking the electronic lock when the identification information read by the reading unit 11 agrees with collation information previously stored. The management device comprises: a registration unit (reading unit 21 and storage unit 22) for registering collation information; and a management device control unit (branch office management device control unit 25) for transmitting the collation information registered in the registration unit to the plurality of key devices 10. When receiving the collation information from the management device, the key device control unit 17 updates its own collation information.
【課題】鍵を紛失した場合、拾得者が門扉へ出入り可能となるというセキュリティー上のリスクを低減すると共に、鍵の紛失に伴う煩雑な処理の発生を抑える。【解決手段】複数の鍵装置10と、管理装置(支社管理装置20及び本部管理装置30)と、を備えた施錠管理システム1において、複数の鍵装置10の各々は、施設への立ち入りを制限する門扉に設けられた電子錠12と、ICカードの識別情報を非接触で読み取る読取部11と、読取部11で読み取った識別情報が予め記憶された照合用情報と一致したとき、電子錠を開錠させる鍵装置制御部17と、を備え、管理装置は、照合用情報を登録する登録部(読取部21及び記憶部22)と、登録部に登録した照合用情報を複数の鍵装置10に送信する管理装置制御部(支社管理装置制御部25)と、を備え、鍵装置制御部17は、管理装置から照合用情報を受信した場合、照合用情報を更新する。【選択図】図1
