MOVEMENT RESTRICTION RELEASE MECHANISM, VIBRATION DAMPING DEVICE USING MOVEMENT RESTRICTION RELEASE MECHANISM, AND SLIDING BEARING USING MOVEMENT RESTRICTION RELEASE MECHANISM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of loosening in a movement restricted state while suppressing manufacturing cost and installation cost.SOLUTION: A movement restriction release mechanism 20 is configured to couple a movement restriction release member 21 including a coupling portion 23 and a protrusion portion 24 to a slide plate 3 of a friction damper via the coupling portion 23 and to fit the protrusion portion 24 into a recessed portion 22 formed in a friction plate 4 of the friction damper. The protrusion portion 24 includes sectional defective portions 31 formed to fracture by a shear load accompanying relative movements of the slide plate 3 and the friction plate 4 relative to each other. Two abutment surfaces 33 abutting on opposing surfaces 32 of the recessed portion 22, are provided back to back on an outer surface of the protrusion portion 24. The protrusion portion 24 is configured so that the abutment surfaces 33 are tapered surfaces and the recessed portion 22 is configured so that the opposing surfaces 32 are inclined surfaces to correspond to the respective tapered abutment surfaces 33.
【課題】製作コストや設置コストを抑えつつ、移動制限状態において緩みが生じるのを防止する。【解決手段】移動制限解除機構20は、連結部23及び突設部24からなる移動制限解除部材21を、連結部23を介して摩擦ダンパーの摺動板3に連結するとともに、突設部24を摩擦ダンパーの摩擦板4に形成された凹部22に嵌合して構成してある。突設部24には、摺動板3及び摩擦板4の相対移動に伴うせん断荷重によって破断するように断面欠損部31を形成してある。突設部24の外面には、凹部22の対向面32,32にそれぞれ当接する2つの当接面33,33を互いに背中合わせとなるように設けてある。ここで、突設部24は、当接面33,33がそれぞれテーパ面となり、凹部22は、対向面32,32がそれらに対応する傾斜面となるように構成してある。【選択図】図2
