MESH-LIKE FIBER-REINFORCED COMPOSITE MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mesh-like fiber-reinforced composite material which is excellent in elasticity, drape properties, moldability into a shape having a curved surface and gas permeability, prevents stuffiness and is light and high-strength.SOLUTION: A mesh-like fiber-reinforced composite material has a mesh-like knitted structure 1 composed of a plurality of longitudinal knitted structures 20 formed such a way that chain knitting yarn 2 forms loop-like chain knitting stitches 2A continuous in the longitudinal direction and insertion yarn 3 which is inserted into the longitudinal knitted structures 20 in the lateral direction and binds the mutually adjacent knitted structures 20. The mesh-like fiber-reinforced composite material has a curved surface and is formed by impregnating the knitted structures 20 and the insertion yarn 3 in the mesh-like knitted structure 1 exclusively with a resin and then hardening it. At least a part of the chain knitting yarn 2 and the insertion yarn 3 is a carbon fiber strand composed of carbon fiber, and the opening ratio of the mesh-like knitted structure 1 is 20-60%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】伸縮性及びドレープ性に優れ、曲面を有する形状への成形性において優れており、しかも、通気性に優れており蒸れを防止するとともに軽量高強度であるメッシュ状繊維強化複合材を提供する。【解決手段】鎖編糸2がループ状に縦方向に連続して鎖編み目2Aを形成しながら編成されて作製された複数の縦方向の編み組織20と、縦方向の編み組織20に対して横方向に挿入し、互いに隣接した編み組織20を結束する挿入糸3と、により形成されたメッシュ状編み構造体1を有し、メッシュ状編み構造体1における編み組織20と挿入糸3にのみ樹脂を含浸して硬化された、曲面を有する形状に賦形されたメッシュ状の繊維強化複合材であって、鎖編糸2及び挿入糸3の少なくとも一部の糸は、炭素繊維からなる炭素繊維ストランドとされ、メッシュ状編み構造体1の開口率は20〜60%とされる。【選択図】図1
