TEMPORARY WATERPROOF STRUCTURE AND TEMPORARY WATERPROOF METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary waterproof structure and a temporary waterproof method that solve conventional problems, eliminate the need to install a temporary gutter to save trouble and cost, enable construction even when a recessed part is not formed along an outer peripheral part to have higher versatility, and eliminate the need to repair an outer wall panel.SOLUTION: A temporary waterproof method includes: boring a through hole 510 for a temporary drain pipe at a predetermined position of a floor slab 110; inserting a collared drain 500 connected to one end of a hose 530 for drainage into a tube part; locking a collar part 520 to the floor slab 110 at a periphery of the through hole 510; drawing the other end of the hose 530 for drainage out of a building through an opening part such as a window; laying a temporary waterproof sheet 2 in a pool state from a top surface of the floor slab 110 to an upper end surface 206 of a wall raised part 200; sticking a temporary waterproof sheet 2 on an upper surface of the collar part 520 with an adhesive member. A hole 2b is bored in the temporary waterproof sheet while aligned with a drain port of the drain 500.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来の課題を解決することができ、仮樋の設置が不要で手間やコストが抑制でき、尚かつ、外周部に沿って凹部が形成されていなくても施工することができて汎用性が高く、外壁パネルの補修が不要な仮防水構造および仮防水工法を提供する。【解決手段】床スラブ110の所定位置に仮排水管用の貫通孔510を穿設し、管部に排水用ホース530の一端が接続された鍔付のドレイン500を貫通孔510に差し込み、鍔部520を貫通孔510の周囲の床スラブ110に掛止させ、排水用ホース530の他端を窓等の開口部を通して建物の外部へ引き出し、仮防水シート2を床スラブ110の表面から壁立ち上がり部200の上端面206にかけてプール状に敷設し、仮防水シート2をドレイン500の鍔部520の上面に対し貼着部材で貼着し、ドレイン500の排水口の位置に合わせて仮防水シートに孔2bを開ける。【選択図】図1
