PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat roof tile that prevents rainwater leakage to a rear surface side even when laid with soil in stripes on a gently inclined roof.SOLUTION: A flat roof tile 10 has a roof tile body 12 with a front plate part 11 on a first side and a back plate part on a second side, and the front plate part 11 is overlapped with the back plate part 13 when laying the roof tiles on a roof. A first and a second jetty parts 15, 16 are formed toward a downstream side from an upstream side, at an edge part on the first side of the front plate part 11 and an edge part on the second side of the roof tile body 12. When laying the flat roof tiles 10 on a roof, the first and the second jetty parts 15, 16 contact each other or come close to form a joint part 14. A drainage groove 19 is formed on the rear plate part 13 for guiding rainwater that seeped from the joint part 14 toward the downstream side, and the drainage groove 19 is off-center on the rear plate part 13 toward the second side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】緩勾配の屋根で筋葺きを行っても、雨水の裏面側への漏れを防止することが可能な平板瓦を提供する。【解決手段】一側に表板部11が、他側に裏板部13が設けられた瓦本体12を有し、施工時には、裏板部13の上に表板部11が重なる平板瓦10において、表板部11の一側端部と、瓦本体12の他側端部には、上流から下流に向けて第1、第2の突堤15、16が設けられ、平板瓦10の施工時には、第1、第2の突堤15、16が当接又は近接して合わせ部14を形成し、裏板部13には、合わせ部14から浸入した雨水を導き、下流側に排水する排水溝19が設けられ、かつ排水溝19は裏板部13の中心より他側に偏心している。【選択図】図2
