JOINT MEMBER FOR CONSTRUCTION BLOCK, AND CONSTRUCTION BLOCK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint member for a construction block used in joint installation work in which the construction blocks are connected by engaging both ends of a fixing pin to an engaging hole on an edge surface of the adjacent construction block, the fixing pin being inserted into a fitting hole of a joint plate, and the joint member allowing the construction blocks to be connected readily with the fixing pin, even when a position and an orientation of the engaging hole deviated due to a dimensional error in the construction block.SOLUTION: A joint member for a construction block includes a contractible joint plate 20 inserted between edge surfaces of the adjacent construction blocks, and a fixing pin 30 inserted into a fitting hole 21 of the joint plate and having both ends engaged with an engaging hole on an edge surface of the construction block. The fitting hole 21 of the joint plate is formed such that when the fixing pin 30 is fitted, a peripheral surface of the fitting hole 21 comes into contact with an outer peripheral surface of the fixing pin 30 at a plurality of locations 21a in a peripheral direction, and a gap 22b is formed between the contacting locations 21a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】目地プレートの係止孔に貫通して装着した固定ピンの両端部を、隣接する構築用ブロックの端面の嵌入孔に嵌入させて構築用ブロック間を連結する目地施工において、構築用ブロックの寸法誤差に起因して嵌入孔の位置や向きがずれたとしても、固定ピンによる構築用ブロック間の連結を容易に行うことができる構築用ブロックの目地部材を提供すること。【解決手段】隣接する構築用ブロックの端面間に介装される可縮性の目地プレート20と、目地プレートの係止孔21に貫通して装着されると共に両端部が前記構築用ブロックの端面の嵌入孔に嵌入される固定ピン30とを備えた構築用ブロックの目地部材において、目地プレートの係止孔21の形状を、固定ピン30を装着したときに、係止孔21の周面が固定ピン30の外周面と周方向において複数箇所21aで接触すると共に、これらの接触部21a間に空隙部22bが形成される形状とした。【選択図】図4
