PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strike device capable of being easily attached to/detached from an opening of an extrusion-molded or pultrusion-molded vertical frame.SOLUTION: A strike device 10 includes: a retainer 30 which has a retainer hole 33 for locking a lock piece R, and which is housed in a frame opening 5 provided in an extrusion-molded or pultrusion-molded vertical frame 2; a front-side plate 20 that exposes the retainer hole 33 while covering a peripheral edge 5s of the frame opening 5; and a back-side plate 40 that is housed in the frame opening 5 to hold the vertical frame 2 and the retainer 30 in a sandwiching manner in cooperation with the front-side plate 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
