BEARING WALL FRAME AND BUILDING THAT USES THE BEARING WALL FRAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing wall frame that offers same structural performance values even when dimensions and positions in a vertical direction of openings for windows differ.SOLUTION: The bearing wall frame 1 has a plurality of bearing units 3A, 3B, 3C spanned and vertically aligned between a pair of adjacent columns 2, with both ends connected to the columns. An opening 10 for a window is formed between two of the bearing units, namely 3A, 3C, among the plurality of bearing units 3A, 3B, 3C. Each of the two bearing units 3A, 3C has a pair of lateral members 4, 5 that are apart in a vertical direction, and a shear force bearing member 6 interposed between these lateral members 4, 5 apart in the vertical direction. Furthermore, a distance between the lateral members 4, 5 in a vertical direction differs between the two bearing units. The shear force bearing member is, for example, a plurality of vertical members 6 connected between the lateral members 4, 5 at a plurality of locations in a longer-side direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 窓用の開口部の上下寸法や上下位置が違っていても構造性能値を同じにすることができる耐力壁フレームを提供する。【解決手段】 この耐力壁フレーム1は、隣合う一対の柱2に上下に並ぶ複数の耐力ユニット3A,3B,3Cの各両端が接合され、前記複数の耐力ユニット3A,3B,3Cのうちのいずれか2つの耐力ユニット3A,3C間に窓用の開口部10が形成される。2つの耐力ユニット3A,3Cは、いずれも上下に離れた一対の横桟4,5と、これら上下の横桟4,5間に介在するせん断負担部材6とを有し、かつ、互いに一対の横桟4,5間の上下高さが異なる。せん断負担部材は、例えば、一対の横桟4,5間に長手方向の複数箇所でそれぞれ接合された複数の縦桟6である。【選択図】 図1
