BAD ODOR GENERATION PREVENTION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bad odor generation prevention device capable of reliably and easily performing maintenance of an iron ion elution material such as replacement, supplement, and cleaning in a sewage treatment facility.SOLUTION: A bad odor generation prevention device comprises a device which can contact plural iron ion elution materials 39 with sludge supplied from outside by rotation, so that it is provided in a sludge treatment tank such as a sludge concentration tank or sludge storage tank. The bad odor generation prevention device comprises a single unit formed by combining: a rotation shaft 33 which is rotated and driven around a vertical axis by an upper drive part; an outer cylinder body 23 disposed on an outer periphery of the rotation shaft 33 and to whose inner space, the plural iron ion elution materials are put so that the materials can circulate and move; agitation means 42, 38 disposed between the outer periphery of the rotation shaft 33 and the outer cylinder body 23, and vertically circulating the sludge being introduced by the rotation drive and the iron ion elution materials; and means 35, 36 which allow taking-in and taking-out of the sludge in the tank via an opening on the outer cylinder body 23, the unit is detachably attached to the sludge treatment tank, in a state that the unit is attached to an upper opening/closing lid of the sludge treatment tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】下水処理施設における鉄イオン溶出材の交換や補充、清浄化等のメンテナンスが簡単確実に行える悪臭発生防止装置の提供。【解決手段】複数個の鉄イオン溶出材39と外部から供給された汚泥を回転運動により接触可能とする装置を汚泥濃縮槽や汚泥貯留槽等の汚泥処理槽内に設置する悪臭発生防止装置で、上部の駆動部により縦軸回りに回転駆動される回転軸33と、回転軸33外周に設けられてその内部空間に多数個の鉄イオン溶出材が循環運動可能に入れられる外筒体23と、回転軸33外周と外筒体23の間に設けられ回転駆動により導入される汚泥と鉄イオン溶出材とを上下に循環運動させる撹拌手段42,38と、外筒体23に開けた開口を通じて槽内の汚泥の取込みと取り出しを可能とする手段35,36とを組合せて1つのユニットを構成しユニットは汚泥処理槽の上面開閉蓋に取り付けた状態で更に汚泥処理槽に対し脱着自在に設けられる悪臭発生防止装置。【選択図】図2
