FIXTURE FOR HANGING BOLT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for a hanging bolt that enhances rigidity strength of fitting by treating a lower surface fixing part 21, a side surface fixing part 22 and a hanging bolt fixing part 23 as an integral structure, the lower surface and side surface fixing parts being surface-abutted to a lower surface part and a side surface part on a non-open side of C-shaped steels 11, 12, allows a screwing surface of the hanging bolt fixing part 23 to be disposed in parallel with a ceiling panel side all the time for vertically fixing the hanging bolt fixing part while keeping a hanging bolt in a vertical position, firmly receives a vibration load with the two fixed surfaces and prevents sliding, separation, cluttering and displacement, thereby enhancing seismic resistance.SOLUTION: Hanging bolt fixtures 2a, 2b are configured with a lower surface fixing part 21 and a lower surface fixing part 22 surface-abutted and fixed on a lower surface part and a side surface part of C-shaped steels 11, 12, and a hanging bolt fixing part 23 on which a hanging bolt 3 is screwed. The hanging bolt fixing part 23 is pivoted on the lower surface fixing part 21 in a way that allows angle adjustment, so that a screwing surface of the hanging bolt 3 may be disposed in parallel with a ceiling panel side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】C型鋼11、12の非開口側となる下面部と側面部の2面を利用して、当該2面に面当て固定された下面固定部21と側面固定部22と吊りボルト固定部23を三位一体構造として取付け剛性強度を高め、吊りボルト固定部23の螺合面を天井パネル側と常に平行状態に配置でき、吊りボルト3を垂直に保持した状態で垂下固定でき、固定された2面により振動負荷を確りと受け止めて、滑りや離間、ガタツキ、位置ズレを防止して耐震強度を向上する。【解決手段】吊りボルト固定金具2a、2bを、C型鋼11、12の下面部と側面部に面当て固定される下面固定部21と側面固定部22、および吊りボルト3が螺着される吊りボルト固定部23とにより構成し、吊りボルト固定部23を、下面固定部21に角度調整可能に軸着し、吊りボルト3の螺合面が天井パネル側に向けて平行配置できるようにする。【選択図】 図1
