PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proof pedestal and a supporting leg, and a double floor structure, which can lower a floor while securing sound insulating properties within a habitable room and which can improve workability of floor construction.SOLUTION: A vibration-proof pedestal 10, which is arranged on a foundation floor 1, includes a flat plate-like base plate part 11 that is brought into ground contact with the top of the foundation floor 1, and a projecting part 12 that is protruded upward in its thickness direction from the center of a top surface of the base plate part 11. At least the top surface 11a or undersurface 11b of the base plate part 11 is formed as an uneven surface on which a plurality of columnar protrusions 13A and 13B are erected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
