SCRAPING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scraping device capable of lessening the waste of work in carrying out sequential scraping work of a plurality of workpieces to be continuously scraped.SOLUTION: A scraping device of building materials includes conveying means 11 capable of sequentially conveying a plurality of the building materials carried into a work room 12 from the outside along a conveying passage so as to be carried to the outside, and scraping means 13 for carrying out scraping work of the building materials conveyed into the work room. The scraping device includes imaging means 9 provided in a halfway of the conveying passage on an upstream side of an installation position of the scraping means 13 and imaging a surface of the building materials conveyed through the conveying passage, and work degree control means 20 for changing a work degree to the building materials on the basis of image data captured by the imaging means 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】連続的にケレン作業がなされる複数のワークを順次作業するにあたり、作業の無駄を少なくすることができるケレン装置を提供する。【解決手段】外部から作業室１２内に搬入される複数の建築資材を搬送経路に沿って連続的に順次搬送して外部へ搬出可能な搬送手段１１と、前記作業室内に搬送された建築資材のケレン作業を行なうケレン手段１３を有する建築資材のケレン装置である。ケレン装置は、前記ケレン手段１３の設置位置よりも上流側の搬送経路途中に設けられ、前記搬送経路を搬送される建築資材の表面を撮影する撮影手段９と、前記撮影手段９による撮影データに基づいて、当該建築資材への作業程度を変化させる作業程度制御手段２０とを備える。【選択図】図２
