COLLAPSIBLE-EXPANDABLE REINFORCEMENT MEMBER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement member and a manufacturing method thereof, for restraining the expansion in normal time, and also maintaining the reinforcement function by stably following up to displacement even when the displacement is caused, in a collapsible-expandable reinforcement member.SOLUTION: A reinforcement member 1 is a collapsible-expandable reinforcement member for connecting a first structure 2 and a second structure 3, and is laminated and joined so as to cover a flexible body sheet-like member 9 and a folding-back part 6 having a first anchor part 4, a folding-up part 7 having the folding-back parts 5 and 6 and a second anchor part 8 in this order, and comprises a flexible expansion sheet 10 for restricting the expansion of the folding-up part 7. Release treatment is applied to a laminate area of the folding-up part 7 of the body sheet-like member 9, and the reinforcement member 1 can be folded up and expanded by rupturing the expansion sheet 10 by following up to relative displacement between the first structure 2 and the second structure 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】折り畳み展開可能な補強部材において、常時の展開を抑制すると共に、変位発生時にも安定的に変位に追随し、かつ補強機能を維持する補強部材及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】補強部材1は、第一構造体2と第二構造体3を連結する折り畳み展開可能な補強部材であって、第一碇着部4、折り返し部5,6を有する折り畳み部7、及び第二碇着部8をこの順に有する可撓性の本体シート状部材9、並びに折り返し部6を覆うように積層して接合され、折り畳み部7の展開を拘束する可撓性のエキスパンドシート10を有し、本体シート状部材9の折り畳み部7の積層領域は、離型処理がなされており、第一構造体2と第二構造体3との相対変位に追随してエキスパンドシート10が破断することにより折り畳み展開可能である。【選択図】図1
