SLEEVE FIXTURE AND SLEEVE FIXING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly fix a through-hole forming a sleeve on a heat insulation board, the sleeve being embedded in concrete on the heat insulation board made of synthetic resin foam.SOLUTION: A through-hole forming sleeve P fitted on a fitting part 2 is erected on a heat insulation board B, by pushing in a piercing part 4 of a sleeve fixture 1 into the heat insulation board B. A biting part 5 that constitutes a fixing part 3 along with the piercing part 4 is made to bite into the heat insulation board B, to withstand an external force derived from concrete casting pressure. Since the biting part 5 bites into a part of the heat insulation board B that is hollowed out after concrete casting, crack formation and chipping around the through-hole of the heat insulation board B may be prevented when removing the sleeve fixture 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】合成樹脂発泡体製の断熱板上にコンクリート埋設する貫通孔形成スリーブを、断熱板に直接固定する。【解決手段】合成樹脂発泡体製の断熱板Bにスリーブ固定具1の突刺部4を断熱板Bに突き刺すことで、取着部2に取着した貫通孔形成スリーブPを断熱板B上に立設させられる。また、コンクリート打設圧による外力に対しては、突刺部4とともに固定部3を構成する喰込部5が断熱板Bに喰い込むように作用させる。喰込部5は断熱板Bのコンクリート打設後にくり抜かれる箇所に喰い込むため、スリーブ固定具1を撤去する際に断熱板Bの貫通孔周縁に割れや欠けが発生するのを防止できる。【選択図】 図3
