PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinged door device that may be used with both a new and an existing doorway of a room when there is a pressure difference between inside and outside of the room, without increasing the force needed for opening/closing the door.SOLUTION: A hinged door device 1 includes: a door body 5 that moves along an arc around a hinge 2 when opened/closed and has a vent hole 3; a sliding door body 7 that slides on the door body 5 for opening/closing the vent hole 3; a latch 8 protruded from the door body 5 with spring force; a handle 9 supported rotatably on the door body 5 and makes the latch 8 recede into the door body 5 when rotated, resisting the spring force; and a linkage mechanism 11 that links the handle 9 with the sliding door body 7, so that the sliding door body 7 is slid for opening the venthole 3 when the handle 9 is rotated against the spring force and the sliding door body 7 is slid to close the vent hole 3 when the handle 9 is returned to an initial position by the spring force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】室内外に圧力差を生じる部屋の出入口について、新設であっても、既設であっても容易に適用可能であり、かつ開閉に必要な力の増大を抑制可能な開き戸装置を提供する。【解決手段】開き戸装置1は、蝶番2を軸に弧を描いて開閉し、かつ通気口3を有する戸体5と、戸体5に対して滑動して通気口3を開閉させる引き戸体7と、バネ力によって戸体5から突出する掛け金8と、戸体5に回転自在に支持されて、回転操作されるとバネ力に抗して掛け金8を戸体5に没入させる取っ手9と、取っ手9がバネ力に抗して回転操作されると引き戸体7を滑動させて通気口3を開く一方、取っ手9がバネ力によって初期位置に復帰されると引き戸体7を滑動させて通気口3を閉じるように取っ手9と引き戸体7とを連動させる連動機構11と、を備えている。【選択図】 図2
