PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urinal device and a urinal unit that can suppress a watering hole from getting clogged with a formed biofilm or suppress water from being sprinkled in an unintended direction.SOLUTION: A urinal device 100 includes: washing water supply means 140 of supplying water to a bowl part of a urinal 210; sterilizing water generation means 150 of generating sterilizing water; and washing water sprinkling means 160 provided downstream from the sterilizing water generation means 150 and having a sprinkling hole 161a for sprinkling the sterilizing water generated and made into droplets by the sterilizing water generation means 150 into the space inside the bowl part, the sterilizing water generation means 150 being driven to start when the washing water sprinkling means 160 is driven to start and stopped from being driven when the washing water sprinkling means 160 is stopped from being driven.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
