FIXING METHOD FOR ZIPPER GASKET AND PLATE MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost fixing method for a zipper gasket and a plate material with high workability.SOLUTION: A zipper gasket is of a square frame-shape having a plate material fitting groove 71 for fitting an edge part of a plate material 1 and a zipper groove 72 for fitting a zipper 6 formed on a square frame-shaped rubber body 7, making a movable part 73 close to the plate material fitting groove 71 of the rubber body 7 to be pressed against a side surface of the plate material 1 when the zipper 6 is fitted into the zipper groove 72 of the rubber body 7. The movable part 73 is cut out on at least one corner part 7C of four corner parts 7C of the square frame-shaped rubber body 7, and a cutout part 74 that separates between the movable parts 73 on two adjacent sides and a corner piece 2 that contacts the plate material 1 at the cutout part 74 are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ローコストで、かつ、施工性に優れたジッパーガスケット及び板材の固定方法を提供することである。【解決手段】板材１の縁部を嵌め込む板材嵌込溝７１とジッパー６を嵌め込むジッパー溝７２とを方形枠状のゴム本体７に形成し、該ゴム本体７のジッパー溝７２にジッパー６を嵌め込むことでゴム本体７における板材嵌込溝７１の近傍の可動部７３を板材１の側面に押し付けるようにした方形枠状のジッパーガスケットであって、方形枠状のゴム本体７の４つのコーナ部７Ｃのうち少なくとも１つのコーナ部７Ｃにおいて、可動部７３が切り欠かれて、互いに隣り合う２辺の可動部７３同士を互いに離間させる切欠部７４と、切欠部７４に装着され、切欠部７４において板材１に接するコーナピース２とを備えている。【選択図】図１
