NON-RETURN VALVE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-return valve which prevents foreign objects from entering into a guide hole in which a valve shaft part moves and prevents sticking of a valve body and a holder when a valve is opened.SOLUTION: A non-return valve includes: a valve seat 10 in which a valve hole 11 is formed; a valve body 20 which may contact with or separate from the valve seat 10; a holder 50 which holds the valve body 20 so that the valve body 20 may move in a contact/separation direction; and biasing means 40 which biases the valve body 20 to the upstream side. The holder 50 includes: a guide hole 57 in which a valve shaft part 22 of the valve body 20 may move so as to advance or retreat; and a stopper part 58 which contacts with the valve part 21 and restrains the valve body 20 from moving the downstream side when the valve is opened. The downstream side of the guide hole 57 is closed and a non-contact part is formed between the valve part 21 and the stopper part 58 when the valve is opened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】弁軸部が移動する案内孔内への異物の侵入を防止するとともに、開弁時における弁体とホルダとの貼りつきを防止する。【解決手段】逆止弁は、弁孔11が形成された弁座10と、弁座10に接離可能な弁体20と、弁体20を接離方向に移動可能に保持するホルダ50と、弁体20を上流側に付勢する付勢手段40とを備える。ホルダ50は、弁体20の弁軸部22が進退可能に移動する案内孔57と、開弁時に弁部21と当接し弁体20の下流側への移動を規制するストッパ部58とを有する。案内孔57の下流側を閉塞するとともに、開弁時に弁部21とストッパ部58との間に非接触部を形成する。【選択図】図2
