DESTRUCTION PREVENTION STRUCTURE FOR VIADUCT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a destruction prevention structure for viaduct with a relatively simple structure and satisfactory workability capable of preventing destruction of bridge pier as well as destruction of the entire viaduct caused therefrom.SOLUTION: A bridge pier transverse beam 3 has brackets 4 provided at both ends thereof and is provided with a cable 5 having a slack. One end of the cable 5 is fastened to the brackets 4 and the other end thereof is fixed at an appropriate position. In an ordinary state or in an earthquake, little force is applied to the cable 5; but at an occurrence of destruction, the cable gets tensioned and weight is distributed to thereby prevent destruction of a bridge pier 2a, 2b, 2c or 2d to prevent destruction of the entire viaduct caused therefrom.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】構造は比較的単純で施工性がよく、橋脚の倒壊および付随して生じる高架橋の全体倒壊を防止することを目的とする。【解決手段】橋脚横梁3の両側に設置したブラケット4に、弛みを持たせたケーブル5の一端を締結し、他端を適切な場所に固定することにより、常時や地震時には力がほとんど作用せず倒壊時のみにケーブル5が緊張することにより荷重を分担させ、橋脚2a,2b,2c,2dの倒壊および付随して生じる高架橋の全体倒壊を防止することを特徴とする。【選択図】 図2
