CORNER MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corner member which can beautifully finish an external corner section of an inner wall without accurately cutting and fixing a substrate board.SOLUTION: A corner member 10K comprises a pair of hang-out pieces 11, 11 which are mutually continuously arranged so as to form an angle of approximately 90 degrees, and have thicknesses of about 1.0 mm, and a reinforcing rib 12k which reinforces corners formed of the hang-out pieces 11, 11, and is composed of a bent connecting part which connects an internal face of one hang-out piece 11 and an internal face of the other hang-out piece 11. The corners possess roundness for imparting a soft feeling to an external corner section 1 of the inner wall. In a state that end sides of substrate boards 21, 21 are fixed to a column 22 while being separated from each other, and the hang-out pieces 11, 11 of a corner member 10 at the column 22 side in the substrate boards 21, 21 are fastened to surfaces of the end portions, wall finishing materials 23 are pasted on surfaces of the substrate boards 21, 21 and the corner member 10, and thus the external corner section of the inner wall is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】下地ボードを精度良く切断、固定しなくても、内壁の出隅部を綺麗に仕上げることができるコーナー部材を提供する。【解決手段】コーナー部材10Kは、略90度の角度をなすように相互に連設された、厚さ1.0mm程度の一対の張出片11、11と、この張出片11、11によって形成される角部を補強するために、一方の張出片11の内面と他方の張出片11の内面とを連結する屈曲状の連結部からなる補強用のリブ12kとを備えており、内壁の出隅部1に柔らかい印象を与えるために、角部には丸みを持たせてある。下地ボード21、21の端部側を相互に離反させた状態で柱22に固定し、各下地ボード21、21における柱22側の端部表面にコーナー部材10の張出片11、11を固着した状態で、下地ボード21、21及びコーナー部材10の表面にクロス等の壁仕上材23を貼着することで、内壁の出隅部を形成するようになっている。【選択図】 図8
