PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overhung structure that prevents corrosion of an overhanging beam of a wooden framework balcony with time, also allowing sufficient height to be secured for an opening and offering high strength.SOLUTION: An overhung structure consists of an overhanging beam 11 and girths 41, 42, where the girths 41, 42 surrounding an upper story of a building are arranged next to each other vertically, between which the steel overhanging beam 11 is sandwiched, and a root part of the beam is fixed on interior horizontal frame members 47, 48. An embedding jig 21 is embedded in each of the vertically arranged girths 41, 42, an edge surface of the embedding tool is made to come into contact with an upper surface or an undersurface of the overhanging beam 11, and the overhanging beam 11 and the embedding jig 21 are unified with a bolt or other fixing means 28. The overhanging beam 11 made of steel prevents corrosion, and the rigidly connected girths 41, 42 enhance the strength. The vertical dimension of these members may be suppressed, allowing sufficient height to be secured for an opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】木造軸組構法でバルコニーなどを設ける場合において、経年による持ち出し梁の腐食を防止できるほか、開口部の高さの確保や強度にも優れた張り出し構造を提供すること。【解決手段】持ち出し梁11と胴差し41、42による張り出し構造で、建築物上階を囲む胴差し41、42は、二本が上下に並ぶように配置し、その間に鋼材を用いた持ち出し梁11を挟み込み、且つその根元部分は、内部の横架材47、48に固定する。そして上下二本の胴差し41、42のそれぞれに埋設具21を埋め込み、その一端面を持ち出し梁11の上面または下面に接触させ、持ち出し梁11と埋設具21をボルトなどの固定手段28で一体化する。持ち出し梁11が鋼材のため、腐食を防止でき、しかも二本の胴差し41、42が剛接合され強度が向上するため、これらの上下寸法も抑制可能で、開口部の高さも確保できる。【選択図】 図1
