BUCKET OF BACKHOE FOR UNLOADER BARGE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bucket of a backhoe for an unloader barge capable of preventing contamination in a peripheral water area caused by dripping of sediment from a bucket, and capable of preventing deterioration of soil lifting efficiency due to adhesion of the sediment to a bucket inner wall surface.SOLUTION: A root of a lid plate 31 covering an opening 28 of a bucket 10 is connected to a root of the opening 28 of the bucket 10 via a rotating shaft 30 having an axis parallel to a turning pin 16. An end of a lift arm 15 and the lid plate 31 are connected by a connecting member so as to be positioned at a lid close position of the opening 28 of the bucket 10. Packing 37 for closing a gap between the opening 28 and the lid plate 31 in closing of the lid is provided in a peripheral end portion of the opening 28 of the bucket 10. Reinforcement ribs 35 and 36 are provided only on an inner wall surface of the bucket 10, and a coating material mainly composed of synthetic resin is applied to inner and outer wall surfaces of the bucket so as to form a sediment adhesion preventing film, and thereby, a coefficient of friction of the inner and the outer wall surfaces of the bucket can be smaller than before application of the coating material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】バケットからの土砂の零れによる周辺水域の汚濁を防止し、かつバケット内壁面への土砂の付着を原因とした揚土効率の低下を防止できる揚土船用バックホウのバケットを提供する。【解決手段】バケット10の開口部28の元部に、回動ピン16と軸線が平行な回動軸30を介して、バケット10の開口部28を覆う蓋板31の元部を連結する。リフトアーム15の先部と蓋板31とを、バケット10の開口部28の閉蓋位置に位置するよう連結部材により連結する。バケット10の開口部28の周縁部分に、閉蓋時、開口部28と蓋板31との隙間を塞ぐパッキン37を設ける。バケット10の内壁面のみに補強リブ35,36を設け、バケットの内外壁面に、合成樹脂を主成分とする塗料を塗布して土砂付着防止膜を形成するで、バケットの内外壁面の摩擦係数を塗料の塗布前に比較して小さくする。【選択図】図1
