SPRAY DEVICE AND SPRAY SYSTEM FOR FOAM-IN-PLACE URETHANE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray device and a spray system which dissolve a problem on the volume, a problem of construction quality and a problem of electric shock supply in a well-balanced manner in order to make construction in a narrow place possible.SOLUTION: A spray device for spraying foam-in-place urethane includes at least: storage parts which respectively store a plurality of raw materials; pumps which respectively pump up the raw materials from the storage parts; heaters which heat the raw materials; a reactor which controls a compounding proportion of the raw materials; a hose which is connected with the reactor and heats the raw materials caused to flow into the hose; a head gun which is connected to a tip of the hose and mixes the respective raw materials; and an air compressor which supplies air to the pumps and the head gun. Therein, the heaters, the reactor and the hose can be operated with a single phase 100 V.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
