PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a unit enclosure frame body by combining four split frame plates together, and integrate the split frame plates and the unit enclosure frame body together.SOLUTION: Groove constituting parts 2 and 3 are formed along ridge lines formed on a bent part between plate parts 1a and 1b and longitudinal rib parts 1c and 1d, and a bent part between the plate parts 1a and 1b and lateral rib parts 1e and 1f, and 1g and 1h. The longitudinal ribs of a split frame plate 1 butt against each other, and the lateral rib parts of stacked unit enclosure frame bodies A butt against each other. Thus, the pair of groove constituting parts are combined together to constitute a weld groove 4. A metal welding material 5 is melted and infilled into the weld groove 4 to constitute a connection part 7. Each split frame plate 1 and the stacked unit enclosure frame bodies A are connected together by the connection part 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 4つの分割枠板を組み合わせて単位囲い枠体を構成するとともに、これら分割枠板及び単位囲い枠体を一体化する。【解決手段】 板部1a,1bと縦リブ部1c,1d、板部1a,1bと横リブ部1e,1f及び1g,1hとの折り曲げ部分に形成される稜線に沿って溝構成部2,3を形成し、分割枠板1の縦リブ部同士及び積層された単位囲い枠体Aの横リブ部同士を突き合せることによって、上記一対の溝構成部が相まって溶接溝4を構成し、この溶接溝4に金属製の溶接材5を溶融充填して連結部7とし、この連結部7で各分割枠板1及び積層した単位囲い枠体Aを連結している。【選択図】 図1
