HEATING DEVICE FOR PEELING OFF FLOORING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device for peeling off a flooring material that heats a peeling surface prior to peeling off the flooring material bonded on a base, the heating device being capable of uniform and efficient heating by bringing a heat dissipating part in close contact with the floor surface, and may be transported easily and applicable in a small-scale work also.SOLUTION: A heating device for peeling off a flooring material basically comprises: a frame 1 for partitioning a rectangular shape; a heat dissipating part 2 fitted on an area surrounded by the frame including a bottom surface thereof, the heat dissipating part having a heat insulating material 22 that includes a cushioning material 221 laminated on a planar heat dissipating body 21; and a temperature adjustment box 4 installed in the area surrounded by the frame. A handle for transportation extending to the frame 1, a hard member to be fitted on a side surface of the heat dissipating part 2 for making the part in contact with the floor surface curved, and sliding means 3 made of a wheel and other rotary bodies are also provided as necessary. The device should desirably have a box-shaped frame formed by the frame (lower flame) 11, an upper frame 12 facing the lower frame, and a connecting frame member 13 that connects the frames.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】下地に接着された床材を剥離するのに先立って剥離面を加熱する装置において、発熱部を床面に密着させての均一で効率の良い加熱ができること、また、運搬が容易で、小規模作業にも適用となる床材剥離用加熱装置を提供すること。【解決手段】矩形を区画するフレーム１と、該フレームの底面を含んだ区画域に取り付ける、面状発熱体２１に緩衝材２２１を含む断熱材２２を積層した発熱部２と、フレームの区画域内に備える温調ボックス４とにより基本構成し、必要に応じて、フレーム１に延設する運搬用の把持部や、発熱部２の側面に取り付ける、床面接触部を曲面とする硬質部材、あるいは、車輪等の回転体からなる滑動手段３を設ける。また、この装置は前記フレーム（下フレーム）１１と、これと対向する上部フレーム１２、及び、フレーム間をつなぐ接続フレーム材１３とによりボックス型の枠体を形成することが好ましい。【選択図】図１
