INSTALLATION METHOD AND INSTALLATION STRUCTURE FOR PANEL CRADLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method for a panel cradle capable of securely preventing scattering of asbestos to inside and outside when the cradle is installed on a slate roof containing the asbestos.SOLUTION: An installation method includes steps of: boring small holes at predetermined positions on an upper surface of a slate roof opposing to an upper surface of a purlin material by using a boring tool with a dust collecting device; inserting a nozzle of a foamable resin stock solution injection device into each of the small holes and injecting foamable resin stock solution into a gap between the slate roof and the purlin material so as to form foamable resin in the gap; boring through holes from the small holes to the foamable resin by using the boring tool with the dust collecting device; inserting a support pipe of a support material on which the cradle can be installed approximately horizontally into each of the through holes so as to install a tip of the support pipe on the upper surface of the purlin material corresponding to the bottom surface of the through hole; and fastening the support pipe to the upper surface of the purlin material by using a predetermined fastening member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】アスベスト含有のスレート屋根に架台を設置する場合であっても、当該アスベストの内外飛散を確実に防止することが可能なパネル用架台の設置方法を提供する。【解決手段】母屋材の上面に対向するスレート屋根の上面の所定の位置に小孔を集塵装置付き穿孔工具で穿孔するステップと、前記小孔に発泡性樹脂原液注入装置のノズルを挿通し、前記スレート屋根と母屋材との間の隙間に発泡性樹脂原液を注入して、当該隙間に発泡性樹脂を形成させるステップと、前記小孔から前記発泡性樹脂までの間に貫通孔を集塵装置付き穿孔工具で穿孔するステップと、前記貫通孔に、前記架台を略水平に設置可能な支持材の支持パイプを挿通し、当該貫通孔の底面に対応する母屋材の上面に前記支持パイプの先端を設置するステップと、所定の締結部材により、前記支持パイプを前記母屋材の上面に締結させるステップとを備えることを特徴とする設置方法。【選択図】図8
