PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shielding material lifting device capable of restraining a bottom rail from descending by dead weight before completing tilt operation.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a shielding material lifting device for lifting a shielding material by rotating a lifting shaft by operation of an operation cord, and the shielding material lifting device is provided with a clutch unit having an input shaft for rotating in response to the operation of the operation cord and an output shaft for integrally rotating with the lifting shaft, in which the clutch unit comprises a cam part for moving a camshaft in its axial direction in response to rotation of the camshaft for rotating in response to rotation of the input shaft and a clutch part for switching a connected-unconnected state between the camshaft and the output shaft in response to the movement of the camshaft, and has 90 degrees or more in a rotation angle in the descent direction of the camshaft required when switching to the unconnected state from the connected state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
