EXTERIOR FINISHING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior finishing structure of excellent workability that considers sufficiently for strength to withstand negative pressure and water-tightness, without allowing rainwater infiltration from a screw hole or by a capillary phenomenon.SOLUTION: An exterior finishing structure of the present invention has a crest part and a trough part formed continuously by alternately installing a crest-side exterior finishing plate 1" and a trough-side exterior finishing plate 2", the two exterior finishing plates being formed by bending right and left edges of a flat plate parts 11", 21" in a same direction on a base 4", and furthermore bending the edges of the flat plate parts inside for forming side edge molded parts 12", 12", 22", 22". A downward-facing folded part 224" of the upward-facing side edge molded part 22" of the trough-side exterior finishing plate 2" is brought in surface-contact and engaged with an upward-facing folded part 124" of the downward-facing side edge molded part 12" of the crest-side exterior finishing plate 1".SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】ビス穴からの雨水の浸入や毛細管現象による雨水の浸入を生ずることなく、施工性にも優れていることは勿論、負圧作用時の強度や水密性にも十分に配慮した外装構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、下地4"上に、平板部11",21"の左右側縁を同方向へ折り曲げ、更にその先端を内側に折り返して側縁成形部12",12"、22",22"を設けて山側外装板1"、谷側外装板2"とし、これらを交互に配置させることにより山部と谷部とが連続して形成される外装構造であって、谷側外装板2"の上向き側縁成形部22"の下向き折返し部分224"を、山側外装板1"の下向き側縁成形部12"の上向き折返し部分124"に、面接触させて係合させたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図6
