PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve unit being easily assembled.SOLUTION: A valve unit includes: an inside valve member 41 having valve ports 42, 43; and an operation shaft member 53 connected to one end part of the inside valve member 41, and attaching an operation handle. A latching hole 52 is provided in the inside valve member 41. In the operation shaft member 53, provided is a latching claw 56 latched to the latching hole 52. In the operation shaft member 53, a slant face 57 is provided, as a guide face guiding the operation shaft member 53 and the inside valve member 41 to an engagement state by relatively rotating the operation shaft member 53 to the inside valve member 41 around an engagement part between the latching hole 52 and the latching claw 56.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
