PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated metal plate and an exterior building material having intended designability with modified glossiness and excellent flatness part corrosion resistance similar to or more than that of a coated metal plate containing a chromate rustproof treated metal plate even with chromate free.SOLUTION: The coated metal plate is a coated metal plate for exterior, has a metal plate and a top coating coated film placed on the metal plate and the top coating coated film consists of a fluorine resin and contains pore particles of 0.01 to 15 vol.% as a glossiness modifier and the coated metal plate satisfies the following formula. R is number-average particle diameter (μm), Dis 97.5% particle diameter (μm), Ru is upper limit particle diameter (μm), and T is film thickness (μm) of top coating coated film in a number particle size distribution of the glossiness modifier. D/T≤0.9, Ru≤1.2T, R≥1.0, 3≤T≤40.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】光沢が調整された所期の意匠性を有するとともに、クロメートフリーであっても、クロメート防錆処理された金属板を含む塗装金属板と同等以上の優れた平坦部耐食性を有する塗装金属板および外装建材を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る塗装金属板は、外装用の塗装金属板であり、金属板と、上記金属板上に配置される上塗り塗膜とを有し、当該上塗り塗膜は、フッ素樹脂で構成されているとともに、０．０１〜１５体積％の細孔粒子を光沢調整剤として含有し、上記塗装金属板は、下記式を満足する。光沢調整剤の個数粒度分布における、Ｒは個数平均粒径（μｍ）、Ｄ９７．５は９７．５％粒子径（μｍ）、Ｒｕは上限粒径（μｍ）であり、Ｔは上塗り塗膜の膜厚（μｍ）である。Ｄ９７．５／Ｔ≦０．９Ｒｕ≦１．２ＴＲ≧１．０３≦Ｔ≦４０【選択図】なし
