PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system with a simple structure capable of properly draining sewage during construction of a sewer pipe.SOLUTION: A stop cock device disposed within a sewer pipe and configured to stop a flow of sewage comprises: a tubular cock body capable of adhering to an inner wall of the sewer pipe; an inlet into which the sewage flows; a connection port connected to a drain pipe through which the sewage is drained; and a pump disposed inside the cock body and causing the sewage to be sucked from the inlet and drained through the connection port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
