PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify prevention means on collapse of a structure and breakage of the function of its structure for a flow of a Tsunami and an earthquake.SOLUTION: An evacuation space is constituted by providing a ceiling wall and a floor wall in a sidewall of a cylindrical body, an upper end part and a lower end part of the sidewall, and is reinforced by providing a column of a steel pipe between the ceiling wall and the floor wall in the central vertical direction of the cylindrical body, and the column is constituted so as not to buckle by an earthquake, and is constituted so as not to cause serious breakage in a part or the whole of the evacuation space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】津波の流れや地震に対して、構造体の崩壊やその構造体の機能の破壊についての防止手段を明確にすること。【解決手段】避難空間は筒状体の側壁と該側壁の上端部と下端部に天井壁と床壁を設けて構成し、前記筒状体の中央垂直方向で前記天井壁と前記床壁の間に鋼製パイプの支柱を設けて補強し、前記支柱は地震によって座屈をしないように構成すると共に、前記避難空間の一部又は全体に重大な破壊が生じないように構成したこと。【選択図】図３
