DISTORTION SUPPRESSING METHOD OF PRECAST GIRDER AND JOINING METHOD OF PRECAST GIRDER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a construction period by reducing a work amount in a construction site of a bridge, and to join precast girders having bridge-girder divided shapes in a state that distortion is suppressed.SOLUTION: Precast girders 11, 12 which are obtained by dividing a one-span box girder in an axial line direction substantially in a center between webs are manufactured. In the precast girder having a cross section which is asymmetric, and in which a clearance between an upper floor plate and a lower floor plate at one side is opened, a tensioning material 14 is arranged in the vicinity of a side edge which is joined to the other precast girder, and the precast girder is arranged so that an upward reaction component from the tensioning material acts on the vicinity of the side edge in the vicinity of a center in an axial line direction when the girder is supported at its both ends. Furthermore, prestress is introduced in advance to the vicinity of a tip of a hang-out part 5a of the upper floor plate, and the vicinity of a joining part between the webs 6 and the lower floor plate 7. These two precast girders are supported at their both ends, concrete is placed between the precast girders, and the integrated box girder is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】橋の構築現場における作業量を低減して、施工期間を短縮するとともに、橋桁を分割した形状のプレキャスト桁をねじれが抑制された状態で接合する。【解決手段】一径間の箱桁をウェブ間のほぼ中央で軸線方向に分割したプレキャスト桁11,12を製作する。左右非対称であるとともに一方の側部の上床版と下床版との間が開放された断面形状のプレキャスト桁は、他のプレキャスト桁と接合される側縁付近に緊張材14を配置し、両端部で支持したときに、軸線方向の中央付近で緊張材から上向きの反力成分が上記側縁付近に作用する配置形状とする。また、上床版の張り出し部5aの先端付近及びウェブ6と下床版7との接合部付近にプレストレスを導入しておく。このような2つのプレキャスト桁を両端で支持し、プレキャスト桁の間にコンクリートを打設して一体となった箱桁とする。【選択図】図4
