PHENOLIC RESIN FOAM LAMINATE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new techniques which enable long-term retention of excellent thermal insulation performance while reducing water absorbency of phenolic resin foam.SOLUTION: A phenolic resin foam laminate comprises plate material disposed on at least upper and lower surfaces of phenolic resin foam having a density in a range from 15 kg/mor more and to 70 kg/mor less and a closed-cell rate of 80% or more. The phenolic resin foam contains at least one selected from a group consisting of hydrocarbon, chlorinated hydrocarbon and hydrofluoroolefin, and has a water absorption amount W, after 24 hours of water immersion, of 2.00 kg/mor less. A Frazier air permeability of the plate material is from 0.3 cm/cmsec or more and 50 cm/cmsec or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】フェノール樹脂発泡体の吸水性を低下させつつ、優れた断熱性能を長期間に亘って保持可能とする新たな技術を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】密度が15kg/m3以上70kg/m3以下、独立気泡率が80%以上の範囲にあるフェノール樹脂発泡体の少なくとも上下面に面材が配されたフェノール樹脂発泡体積層板であって、前記フェノール樹脂発泡体が、炭化水素、塩素化炭化水素、およびハイドロフルオロオレフィンからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含有し、かつ24時間水中浸漬後の吸水量Wpが2.00kg/m2以下であり、前記面材のフラジール通気度が0.3cm3/cm2・sec以上50cm3/cm2・sec以下であることを特徴とする、フェノール樹脂発泡体積層板である。【選択図】図1
