METHOD FOR PRODUCING CARBON FIBER REINFORCED SILICON CARBIDE MOLDED ARTICLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a C/SiC component production method that suppresses Si deposit remaining on its surface and variation of Si in its inside.SOLUTION: A C/SiC component production method in the present invention includes: a C/C block forming step S4 of forming a C/C block obtained by sintering a resin and carbon fiber; a semi-molded article forming step S5 of processing the C/C block to form a plurality of semi-molded articles; a semi-molded article fixing step S6 of fixing each of the semi-molded articles to each of a plurality of recessed parts formed in a silicon arranging jig, by fixing means; a silicon arranging step S7 of arranging Si in the recessed parts; a silicon melting and impregnating step S8 of heating and melting the Si to impregnate the Si into the semi-molded article; and an unfinished molded article removal step S9 of removing an unfinished component, consisting of C/SiC produced by chemical reaction after the impregnation of the Si into the semi-molded article, from the silicon arranging jig by a part of the fixing means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】表面での残留Siの付着物、内部でのSiのバラツキを抑制したC/SiC部品の製造方法を得る。【解決手段】この発明におけるC/SiC部品の製造方法は、樹脂及び炭素繊維を焼結してなるC/Cブロックを形成するC/Cブロック形成工程S4と、このC/Cブロックを加工して複数の半部品を形成する半成形品形成工程S6と、個々の前記半部品を、珪素配置治具に形成された複数の個々の窪み部に固定手段より固定する半成形品固定工程S6と、前記窪み部にSiを配置する珪素配置工程S7と、前記Siを加熱して溶融させることにより前記Siを前記半部品の内部に含浸させる珪素溶融含浸工程S8と、前記半部品に前記Siが含浸して化学反応により生じたC/SiCからなる未加工部品を前記固定手段の部位で前記珪素配置治具から取り外す未加工成形品取り外し工程S9と、を有する。【選択図】図1
