VIBRATION-PROOF MEMBER FOR FLOATING FLOOR STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proof member of an excellent sound insulation effect for a floating floor structure.SOLUTION: A vibration-proof member 10 for a floating floor structure comprises a substrate 14 installed on a floor structure 22 for supporting a movable load on a floor body 20, and a cushioning body 12 that supports a load of ready-mixed concrete that forms the floor body 20 by being cast on the floor structure 22 to fill a gap between the substrates 14. The substrate 14 is made of polyurethane foam of a hardness that may support the movable load, and the cushioning body 12 is made of soft polyurethane foam. A hardness of the cushioning body 12 is set lower than that of the substrate 14, at 0.18 N/cmor greater and so as to support a load of the ready-mixed concrete corresponding to a thickness of the ready-mixed concrete. A dynamic spring constant of the cushioning body 12 is set to be 11.0×106 N/mor smaller, on a condition that the hardness corresponding to the thickness of the ready-mixed concrete is ensured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】遮音効果に優れた浮床構造用防振材を提供する。【解決手段】浮床用防振材10は、床構造体22の上に載置されて床体20の積載荷重を支持する支持体14と、この支持体14の間を埋めるように床構造体22上に配設され、床体20をなす生コンクリートの荷重を支持する緩衝体12とから構成される。支持体14は、積載荷重を支持し得る硬さのポリウレタンフォームから構成され、緩衝体12は、軟質ポリウレタンフォームから構成される。緩衝体12の硬さは、支持体14よりも柔らかく、0.18N/cm2以上でかつ生コンクリートの厚みに応じた生コンクリートの荷重を支持し得るよう設定される。緩衝体12は、生コンクリートの厚みに応じた硬さを満たす条件で、動的ばね定数が11.0?106N/m3以下になるよう設定される。【選択図】図2
